1000 to 200 – Our Downhill Battle to Get on Top of the Product Backlog

Thomas started his professional career as a consultant for Accenture. After over 5 years of consulting he decided to pivot into requirements engineering and became a product owner at SBB. With the desire to work in a more dynamic environment he joined fotograf.de as Head of Product Management in early 2017. Since then he successfully relaunched the Shop system, improved agile processes and has always been on the forefront of customer focused product management.
