At Doodle, we’ve started launching new scheduling tools for different scheduling cases. At the same time, we’re growing our existing business. Catching up with the existing business around the popular Doodle polls is a moving target. In this talk, I will give a short introduction to Pirate Metrics, explain how we’ve used them to build our new scheduling tools and measure their health, and showcase what happens when you adapt a startup framework to an existing business to start monetization.
