Impact Mapping helps you and your stakeholders to take a step back and think about the WHY, WHO, and HOW aspects of building products before entering the solution space. It’s a powerful tool which can visualize user needs and help you to prioritize bets. Besides bringing clarity to an existing product strategy, it also helps product discovery teams to structure their ongoing efforts. In this session, the participants will work through an impact map on their own in small groups, using real-life b2c and b2b product examples.
