Augment Your Product Team’s Intelligence with EI
After aggregating data from more than 5600 people across 77 organizations, Christina Boedker (lecturer at the Australian School of Business) concluded the ability of a leader to be empathetic and compassionate had the greatest impact on organizational profitability and productivity. In this talk, I will walk the audience through four main pillars of EI related to product management (i.e. self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management) to help them leverage their product team’s intelligence with Emotional Intelligence (EI).
