Build a Movement, Not a Product!
Similar to other countries, in Germany, the largest “company” is the government with five million employees and tax revenues of $800bn (4x of Amazon’s global revenues). This is a story about the technology startup of the German government and the hacks it found to thrive in a massive anthill of different stakeholders.
This session might be relevant for all product managers/designers working in or with larger corporations/organizations. After this session, you’ll know more about:
1. How to bypass gatekeepers and get your company’s/the client’s CXO listen to your story.
2. How to communicate your product story persuasively: Don’t sell a product, sell a whole new way of thinking!
3. And eventually how to get buy-in from senior leadership.
