Adyen is a financial technology platform used by leading companies like Facebook, Uber, H&M, eBay, and Microsoft. We process hundreds of billions of euros every year. An outstanding success thanks to an established backend engineering culture. Of course data today permeates Adyen as every single transaction generates data. Sustainable growth and the evolution of Adyen’s Big Data platform however required a new product strategy and organization to effectively exploit this data and build and scale products.
