Co-Designing a Learning Experience to Build Products Customers Love (part 2)
Zalando is the number one fashion platform and most fashionable tech company in Europe. To manage growth and complexity Zalando Tech made a shift towards a way of working that is called Radical Agility in 2015. We from the #PoDojo have been working with a small group of internal coaches to co-design a learning experience to empower people with knowledge and build capabilities in agile thinking and practices at a large scale and fast pace. In this talk we will present how we have used product discovery methods like Design Thinking and tools like the Value Proposition Canvas to launch a scalable learning program that fits the needs of co-trainers, participants and stakeholders alike, helping them to build products customers love.
