Culture, to Change or Not to Change
In a world of global development, team culture plays a critical role in it’s success. Often a team of strong individuals will fail due to cultural issues. An effective team that is going under significant change may face new challenges as new voices bring to the surface issues previously hidden or non-existent.
As leaders in organizations, Product managers play a significant role in building and maintaining culture. Identifying cultural issues, assessing the risks and addressing them successfully can make or brake a team, a product or a Product Manager.
In my talk I will walk through the stories of successful and failing teams and share personal stories and strategies to successfully run a team through a culture clash.
