Evolution and Revolution: The Creation of Sato Code
Managing a product is a continuous evolution process: with every new release, the product gets better. At Sato Code, we decided to go for a revolution: we created a new gaming experience from scratch. Our ingredients: Dan Brown’s storytelling, Pokémon Go technology, and the real-world experience from escape rooms.
With no market, no competition, and no previous experience, we went through a lot of trial and error. A lot of failure and learning. Over the years, we switched between evolutionary development and radically reprogram the product from zero. This talk shares our experience of this process.
