This interactive session is shaped in three parts. The first is an introduction to the product foundations that matter for product growth and customer delight. This foundation is based on the presenter’s book “Groundwork: How to Get Better at Making Better Products”.
After this introduction, the attendees will have an opportunity to self-diagnose through a series of questions, where the strengths and gaps are in their product, and learn how that impacts their business and teams. The last section helps attendees pick a focus area that will have the most impact on future growth and customer success.
