Killing Me Softly: Is Pricing Quietly Holding Back Your Product?
A measure of a product manager/leader is often their product’s success and growth. While it is natural to focus on product-market fit and feature roadmaps to drive success, many PMs are blind to how monetization can drive, or if ignored, derail growth. In my talk, I will teach an intuitive pricing framework and tools that Product Managers can add to their toolbox to drive product success. They will learn how to think about pricing, how to spot the sometimes subtle signals that pricing is stalling growth, and a practical playbook (5-4-3-2-1) to get things started. The Product Manager is in the best position to drive product success; but building value is only half the battle, one must monetize that value to win.
