In this talk I teach you how to strike the right balance between using data and intuition by using the power of evidence-based decisions. Modeled after the scientific method, I will walk through the Confidence Meter, a tool I developed to help teams shorten the time spent on making product decisions while increasing the likelihood of making the right ones. We will run through a full real-world example and see how we use evidence to assess multiple ideas and adjust our investment in them.
