Moving an On-prem Product to the Cloud – a Product Management Roller-coaster

Building great products is hard. Transforming the approach of how you offer your products is even harder! Or is it? We’ve been on a roller-coaster journey of moving a traditional B2B, on-prem software product to the Cloud. Along the way, we’ve learned numerous lessons – some of them the hard way.
