More and more organizations look towards being a product-led (guided by outcomes, by customers, by impact) and breaking down the silos in order to better deliver value and differentiate in the market. How does this play out in an organization whose products are AI or ML? How does the practice of product management and the concept of being product-led change when you are working with data scientists and analysts? How can you bring your product management experience to the AL and ML world to support impactful and innovative delivery? How do you get and maintain c-suite support for your role? This talk will walk the audience through my experience transitioning from product management to AI product management and what has worked (or has not worked) in keeping the organizations thriving and the customers happy.
