This workshop is targeted towards new Product Managers (less than 18 months in role) to help them get a strong understanding of their customer, shape their product backlog and roadmaps to be driven from that understanding, and learn how to make every product decision customer-driven.
There are three parts to this workshop:
- Restructure the business problem in a customer-focused way. This will help you better communicate with your team and your management, and allow you to move faster and with more clarity.
- Learn how to get a deep appreciation and understanding of your customer through practical and inexpensive methods. You’ll reference the output of this section every day!
- Understand how to do customer research quickly and effectively – and translate what you learn into insights that you can use to make product decisions.
