In this talk, Tom will walk you through recent work on a B2B SaaS product (web + app) and share a lot of practical examples of what he has done to learn more about the users, the domain and the state of his product, including mistakes and lessons learned. He is a fan of mixing qualitative and quantitative methods and will provide examples of both, with the goal to make the audience leave feeling inspired and empowered.
