Simplify C-Level-Funded Roadmap Alignments in Scaling Product Organizations
While our growth is extremely high in terms of sales (from 1 to 2 billion in one year), people (1000 to 2500) and product organization (doubling product teams), there is a constant challenge to stay as lean as possible and avoid growing overhead. In this interactive session I would integrate the audience in two active sessions via breakout rooms to share their current alignment challenges as well as their strategies after getting my input how we are successfully dealing with alignments.
In order to enable successful alignments, there are aspects as ensuring cross-functional teams and inputs, real product ownership, clarified product expectations and entrepreneurial mindset on all levels.
