In product management, there exists an abundance of literature emphasizing “product mindset” as a crucial ingredient for building high-performing teams. While such words of advice serve as useful reference, how do everyday product leaders know if their teams are “doing product mindset” properly?
In this talk, I will introduce a framework to help product leaders structure their thoughts around their team dynamics. This framework will map out the strengths of their existing operations, while identifying potential room for improvement. The spirit behind product mindset is relevant for individuals as well as teams of all sizes, and my goal is to provide helpful tidbits for everyone regardless of title or level of experience.
