WORKSHOP: Google workshop on “Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)”
November 14th, 18.00-21.30 CET, Google Switzerland office
This invite-only interactive workshop will demonstrate the power of the OKR tool and how it can be used to align people, improve employee performance and engagement, as well as help decide on priorities and stay focused. We will share examples from Google and provide hands-on opportunities to apply OKRs in a risk-free environment. The workshop aims to equip attendees with practical knowledge that can be used in their daily work.

Noam Ben-Haim
Google, Group Product Manager
Ben Haim has been with Google since 2007, in Zurich since 2008. He is currently leading the Travel team in Zurich, focused on Flight Search. Prior to that Ben Haim worked on Google Maps, leading all the directions related product, including Driving Directions, Public Transit, Road Traffic and more. Ben Haim joined Google in Tel Aviv, as the first PM hired in Israel, and worked on launching products for Israel and the Middle East.
Before joining Google he worked for 5 years at Mobileye, developing Vision based technologies for Driving Assistant systems.
Ben Haim is a graduate of the Hebrew University, majoring in Computer Science and Cognitive Sciences, as well as the Stanford Graduate School of Business and École Polytechnique Ignite program.
Marianna Semenova
Google, Program Manager
As a program manager at Google, Marianna facilitates project-related communication, balances multiple objectives and collaborates with product managers, designers and engineering teams to plan projects, define milestones, assess risks. Marianna is managing OKRs process for one of Google’s orgs to help teams be effective by staying focused and ensure effective communicate with stakeholders.
Before joining Google, Marianna held a COO position at Dev-Pro.net Ukraine, and was in charge of operations management, responsible for development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the processes to ensure effective and smooth company operations.
Marianna earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Intellectual Property from the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
