Lessons from starting a growth team @ YouTube
Growth is top-of-mind for any product or company. But growth teams come in different shapes, sizes and mandates: a growth team for a small 5-10 person early stage company is very different from that of a 1000+ person established company. In this session we will discuss the various formats of a growth team and what worked for YouTube. We’ll also deep dive into common modus operandi of a typical growth teams and we’ll discuss if they worked or didn’t as we formed the YouTube growth team.
