Daniel started his career as a Sociologist, teaching and performing research at the University of York. During this time he became fascinated with the social implications of digital technologies and their impact on the the world, and it wasn’t long before he was drawn into projects where he could put his research into practice. After leaving academia Daniel moved first into Project Management and then swiftly into Product Management. He has worked in partnership with organisations such as Sony, the NHS, and World Wrestling Entertainment to meet their product needs, from cloud infrastructure and Alexa integrations to Oculus Rift headsets and crisis simulations. Daniel now works as a Product Manager for the Raspberry Pi Foundation, an educational charity that’s putting the power of digital making into the hands of people all over the world.
