You need to design strategy work as if you would design a product. The is a conception, prototyping, development and releasing phase. As in software development there will be a lot iterations to improve the product over time.
As a strategy manager you need to work with people, however, the product is different and even more intangible.
Instead of getting money for your product you receive the awareness and collaboration of management, employees and clients to be able to successfully implement the strategy and achieve transformation to something new.
