Internal management consultant

Juliette Vernel is an internal management consultant at ABB. Over the last 5 years, she has been supporting ABB’s business units with their product management challenges, and contributed to transform product management towards a more market-driven profession. In the process, she has met hundreds of product managers in ABB and is well aware of the daily challenges they face in a large multinational industrial corporation. She is currently one of the coordinators of the product management workgroup at ABB where all business units are working together to further establish and improve the product management ecosystem.
