Minal Mehta is the Product Management Lead for Emerging Markets at YouTube. She’s been at Google for two years focused on the Next Billion Users (NBU) in high-growth markets. She has developed a deep understanding of these users and their needs, ensured that Google’s existing products can deliver their full potential in these markets, and built brand new ‘NBU-first’ products. She also led Google’s investments in Indonesian ride hailing app, GO-JEK and in the Indian on-demand service, Dunzo.
Prior to Google, Minal led Groups & Messaging at LinkedIn & Search, Product Page and Product Ads at Amazon. Minal has a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Outside of work, she is a Career Coach at Harvard Business School & enjoys improv and yoga.
