WHAT TO EXPECT:
Are you using Scrum or something similar?
Your teams are like a feature factory? Nice, but how do you know these features are the most valuable ones for your customers?
How to establish highly autonomous but tightly aligned teams at large scale?
Here is an agile portfolio management framework that focuses not only on delivery but also on discovery. It enables an experimentation culture and gives teams a vast amount of freedom for self-organization. It connects tools like OKR and Scrum, basically filling the organizational gap between strategy and delivery. We call it the VALUE ENGINE.
ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:
Rainer has an impressive track record as CPO and Product Leader for companies like Zooplus, real, Westwing, Otto and Breuninger.
He was often hired for projects like “Internationalize our shop or replace it with a new one”. However the actual task instead was: Build a modern product management team, help the company to learn how to experiment faster and find out what makes a difference in customer behavior.
Sandra’s background is in Consulting & Agile coaching.
She found her passion for product management around a decade ago in the Agile Transition Team at Deutsche Telekom. Her strength is to connect people and manage teams. In the past 7 years she was a product leader at Zooplus, majorly influencing and contributing to the success of Europe’s leading online retailer of pet supplies.
