💡 “0 to 1 to 100: Differences in managing products at different growth stages”

Launching new products and growing mature products emphasise different PM skillsets.
Stephanie will share her experiences doing product discovery and delivery for launching habitat by honestbee, Singapore’s first tech-enabled multi-sensory grocery & dining destination, as well as her current role in scaling Rakuten Viki as a one stop Asian entertainment platform.
Radhika Dutt – Co-founder of the Radical Product Thinking movement and Author
💡 “How to craft a compelling vision statement to guide your team”
Ever spend a full day in an off-site meeting to craft a vision and come up with a fuzzy and uninspiring vision statement like, “to be the leader in data storage and backup”? Even when you’ve heartily bought into Simon Sinek’s idea that you should “Start With Why”, it turns out that crafting a good vision is really hard. Join us for a Radical Product Thinking workshop where you’ll learn how to create a compelling vision statement that can be the North Star for you and your team on your product journey.

19:15 – 21:00 – Apéro and networking
