Synopsis: Developing your product strategy doesn’t need to be time consuming, complicated or bogged-down by organizational obstacles. Through using three simple frameworks you can define, communicate and gain buy-in for a killer product strategy that aligns your stakeholders and motivates your team. In just 60 minutes in this workshop you’ll be introduced to examples from real-world companies and apply the frameworks to your own product challenges.
Key Takeaways
1. Developing your product strategy doesn’t need to be time consuming, complicated or bogged-down by organizational obstacles.
2. How to use three powerful yet simple frameworks – Strategic Pillars, the Kano method and the KL-method – to define and articulate the strategy.
3. Using a structured, top-down approach you can define key themes and desired outcomes – which in turn empower you to prioritize the most important work for you and your team.
Style: Workshop style intended to be highly participatory using either a popular case study (Airbnb) or can be tailored to break into small groups to focus on real-world examples facing the team.
