We’re here to bust myths: Henry Ford said nothing about faster horses. Incrementalism usually beats large leaps. The greatest innovators are fundamentally customer centric. And yes, you can be extremely innovative while delivering value to customers and company in the near-term. The myths of innovation are often standing in the way of our executing towards a substantially better future for our customers and companies. We will deconstruct some of these myths and lay out the real challenges of driving innovation in product development.
