At Doodle, we believe in empowering individuals and maximising organisational impact. This session unveils a methodology we recently adopted that transformed our approach, leading to increased team motivation, improved collaboration and faster achievement of goals. We embarked on a journey to supercharge our teams and accelerate business growth. Firstly, we identified a maximum of two high-impact company-wide goals through a deep dive into relevant data. Rather than having a top-down approach, teams were then empowered to collaboratively determine how they could best contribute to achieving these goals, and prioritise them on the basis of a company-wide prioritisation framework. As a result, collaboration across departments and team motivation increased, and we saw an acceleration in the pace of reaching our goals.
