Björn Erkens is a product consultant at airfocus by Lucid, where he helps clients strengthen and scale their product management practices. Before joining airfocus, Björn built his career in product management, entrepreneurship, and venture capital, giving him a broad perspective on what makes products and teams successful.
A proud father of two athletic kids, Björn and his wife can often be found cheering them on from the sidelines, usually after serving as their unofficial drivers and refueling team. Originally from Germany, he has lived in Spain, Bulgaria, and Chile, and even spent a year traveling around the world with his wife before returning back to Germany. He’s still not entirely sure why they came back.
