Judith advises clients in Austria and Europe on filling executive management and supervisory board positions, development of individuals and teams and the transformation of organizations. Her focus lies on the technology and industrial sector, as well as executive search for commercial and technical positions and their interfaces and product management.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Judith held various management positions in the context of digitalization and product lead, so she was a Product Leader herself at A1 Telekom, Red Bull and Styria Media. She dealt with transformation in industry, e-commerce and the media sector. Judith earned a master’s degree in International Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the University of Alberta, with a minor in philosophy at the University of Vienna.
