With over a decade of experience in product management, Simone is the Tribe Product Lead of Conversational Banking at UBS in Zurich. She has been with UBS since 2017, taking on various key roles from Innovation to Product Team Leader in Payments. Before joining UBS, Simone kicked off her product management career at American Express Australia, working across multiple divisions with a focus on regional APAC and international product roles. Last year, she was recognized as one of the Top Women in Product 2023 by Peak Product. In an industry where banking and product management are still predominantly male-dominated, Simone’s career is driven by a passion for innovation, leading agile teams, and enhancing customer experiences.
