Possessing 20 years of experience in multiple areas of product management, digital media, web engineering, and organizational leadership, Tony has successfully led teams to improve engineering processes, deliver quality digital products, managed a global product roadmap, and develop a technical organizational strategy. He has successful global experience in the areas of digital product design, research, analysis, development, metric reporting, and go-to-market strategy. His unique blend of engineering experience combined with product-focused, business acumen has allowed him to be a high-performing leader, facilitator, and product owner for multiple digital product releases that have global technology impacts.Currently, Tony serves as the Senior VP of Product Management at Aldar, one of the largest real estate developers in MENA that has been behind some iconic projects in the U.A.E., such as Yas Island, Ferrari World, and Reem Island. Prior to this, he served as CPO at RAI Digital in Abu Dhabi and Riyadh, and before moving to the MENA region was Head of Product at Boeing. He is a Gartner Product Management Ambassador, was recognized as a Top 10 CPO in the United Arab Emirates for 2023, and also produced the Future of Product Management 2024 Report which was accessed by over 5000 leaders across the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
