Tanja Lau

The connective tissue of the Swiss product scene. If you've been to a product event in Switzerland, Tanja was probably behind it. She makes sure PMF reflects the community it serves — not just the loudest voices.

The Practitioner

Cosima Lefranc

Co-organizer of PMF 2026. Connects the practitioner community to the people shaping what comes next. Ensures the program stays grounded in real work while looking forward.

The Visionary

Yariv Adan

Sees where the field is heading before the rest of us get there. Pushes the program to tackle what's coming, not just what's comfortable. The talks you didn't know you needed. Also leading panel sessions at PMF 2026.

The people behind PMF

PMF 2026 is revived and relaunched by three organisers who each came to this community from a different angle - and stayed because it changed how they think about product.

Agnes Szeberenyi

Over a decade building conferences, communities, and international ecosystems - from CERN to some of Switzerland's largest community platforms. Part of PMF since 2017, from running speaker ops for 87+ talks to leading the APAC edition. Now reimagining PMF for the future.

Cosima Lefranc

Product leader with 10+ years across B2B2C marketplaces - growing from Product Manager to Head of Product to CPO to CEO across TestingTime, Liiva, and Ringier. Mentor, coach, and trainer at Product Academy. Cosima's story is PMF's story: she found her career path through the festival and is now stepping up to shape the community that shaped her.

Pawel Kowalski

Product builder with deep technical expertise. Pawel came to PMF driven by the same thing many of our tech attendees are: the desire to think beyond code and acquire the product thinking to build better products.
