The data controller is Momentum Shift GmbH, Zürich, Switzerland. For data protection enquiries, contact: privacy@productmanagementfestival.com
2. What data we collect and why
We collect personal data when you register for a ticket, submit a talk proposal, or contact us. This includes: name, email address, company/role (optional), and payment information (processed by our ticketing provider — we do not store card details).
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the following legal bases under GDPR Art. 6:
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): processing necessary to fulfil your ticket purchase.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): event communications and community updates.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): marketing emails (you may withdraw consent at any time).
4. Data retention
We retain attendee data for up to 3 years after the event for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Tally (tally.so, Belgium) — embedded forms for speaker submissions and partner inquiries. Receives the data you enter in the form (name, email, message, uploaded files). Tally is EU-based and GDPR-compliant.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — newsletter signup and email delivery. Receives your email address when you subscribe. Handles double opt-in confirmation, email sending, and unsubscribe requests. EU-hosted.
- Vercel (Vercel Inc., US) — hosts this website and runs the serverless function that passes your email to Brevo during newsletter signup. Processes your IP address and the email you submit.
- Vercel Analytics — cookieless, privacy-friendly website analytics. Collects page view data only. No personally identifiable information is stored.
- Google Maps (Google LLC, US) — embedded map on the venue page. Loading the map transmits your IP address to Google.
This site uses localStorage in your browser to remember your theme preference
(light or dark mode). This is not a cookie, is not sent to any server, and
contains no personal data.
