Niclas Delfs

Niclas Delfs is an entrepreneur, consultant and AI expert at the intersection of technology and business. He has built and scaled several technology companies – ranging from consultancy and venture-building models to AI software firms. After establishing and selling a strategy and automation consultancy, he founded Morrow Ventures, where he supported established companies and scale-ups in developing new digital business models – including as COO of a Berlin-based genetics start-up, which he helped to build and led to an exit to Saudi investors. Morrow Ventures subsequently gave rise to the AI company aighty-twenty, which developed an AI platform for knowledge management, information analysis and content generation. Its clients included some of Switzerland’s largest banks and insurance companies. In 2025, both Morrow Ventures and Mighty Twenty became part of vector8. Today, Niclas is responsible for the Swiss market as Market Lead Switzerland. With around 100 employees across the group, after just two years in the market, vector8 is pursuing its goal of becoming Europe’s leading partner for AI transformation.
